Our club is committed to the principles of inclusion, tolerance and fairness for all, and recently we have strengthened our approach by introducing the new position of member advocate. Lynne Dean has filled the role of Member Advocate, and she is responsible for providing an impartial, confidential and constructive environment for members to report and discuss matters of concern. At Lynne’s recommendation, members can source more information about fairness, inclusion and safety in sport through the Play By the Rules initiative, which provides resources and training to sporting organisations in partnership with State Governments throughout Australia.
